Our Executive Chef, Shawn Jackson, has been a chef to celebrities in the past but has now settled  in Wilkes-Barre to create a  unique menu specifically for our guests!  After studying under Master Chef Tell, Chef Shawn worked out of a restaurant in Winston-Salem, NC on the former Reynold's estate where he met and cooked for Dr. Maya Angelou.  Dr. Maya Angelou hosted Oprah at her home for a week where Chef Shawn cooked.
